How I Approach All Client's Health Issues

I was interviewed last week and was asked about the scope of my practice, how I approach medicine and my healing philosophy with clients. In a nutshell, this was my response based on the foundation I have built my practice on quantum physics, neuroscience, psychology, nutrition and philosophy.

The external environment we experience often reflects our internal state. This means that our surroundings can mirror our emotional, mental, and physical well-being. When we are in a state of dis-ease, illness, dysfunction, or dysregulation internally, it can manifest as disease externally. For instance, if we are experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression, it can show up as physical symptoms like headaches, digestive issues, or muscle tension.

Our perception and nutrients are essential raw materials our body needs to maintain positive health. How we perceive our environment and the nutrients we put into our body can significantly impact our overall health. Our body excels at maintaining health, even in challenging situations. However, when it lacks the necessary raw materials to produce what it needs, it starts to experience a state of dis-ease. This means that the body is not functioning optimally and may show signs of fatigue, weakness, or discomfort.

If this condition is not addressed, it can escalate into illness, which means the body's natural regulatory system is not working correctly. At this stage, the body may show more severe symptoms, such as chronic pain, inflammation, or infection. If left unchecked, the illness can progress into a disease, which is a severe and often life-threatening condition. Therefore, taking care of our internal state is crucial to nourishing our body with the proper nutrients and adopting a positive perception of our environment to sustain positive health.
